Project Manager for the external repair of ‘The Old Schoolhouse’ at Cottown near Perth, a Category A listed mud-wall building dating from the mid 18th century.

Project Manager and lead consultant on the electrical re-wiring of Castle Fraser, part of which dates from the mid 15th century, which was carried in two phases over consecutive winters.

Project Manager for the conservation of the early 18th century painted ceilings at Crathes Castle, a tower house dating from the 16th century.

Contract Administrator for the provision of fire separation in the roof spaces at Castle Fraser to prevent the spread of fire and safeguard the future of this Category A listed building.

Contract Administrator for the repair, re-pointing and rebuilding of historic stone boundary walls at Castle Fraser and the remnants of the ‘Barmkin wall’, a stone wall enclosing the original courtyard, at Craigievar Castle.

Contract Administrator for the refurbishment and repair of various domestic properties including the preparation of measured drawings using AutoCad.

Preparation of Schedules of Condition and Dilapidation in respect of various leasehold properties.

Regular maintenance works of a cyclical nature; redecoration; emergency work such as repair of storm damage; and provision of advice to building occupiers on a wide range of commercial, heritage and domestic buildings.
